Have any of youlayed "Ace Attorney" (aka "Gyakuten Saiban")? Well, that's what this is for. Post mock trials here. You need:

A crime

A prosecution position
A defense position
Somebody to make uperr...I mean GIVE testimony

You don't need a Judge. That defeats the point, which is to:

FIND THE TRUTH

The post structure should work like this:

Posts after include applications for the positions.

Posts after that
work as such:

Testimony
Cross-examination
Argument
