This is going to be short and concise.

THIS APPLIES TO ALL FORUMS.

I'm the root admin, so what I say goes. As such, I have permission to supercede the rules. You don't.
Don't spam.
Don't flame.
Don't multi-post.
Don't post or request illegal stuff or porn. No, seriously, DON'T.
Don't question Guardians or Mod-Ninjas. That's my job.
Don't impersonate Guardians or Mod-Ninjas.
No multi-accounting.
No ban-dodging.
No swearing*.
No secretly swearing. (People try it!)
Be nice.
Be nice to me.

Now on a more serious note:

He's on FIRE!

There was an edit here. It counted as flaming so I've removed it. If you edit, post a reason for editing at the bottom in the reason box. That's all you need to do.

Well, as the moderators (that doesn't give you immunity) it's our job to work fairly.

Punishments are (I think) based on a warn system.

If you multipost, you won't be kicked out. That's ridiculous.

Using common sense, you can tell which rules are the severest.
It's my (and your) job to uphold them as such.
