The "village" area is a community of non-player characters that probvides a homely feel, as well as the ability to buy stuff. They run many themed events, the latest being a "vampire attack". Enemies only apear during such events, but fighting is legal here.
THe "village" area is where the tavern is, where Anatius and Bane and Aamir had a fight.
